يعتبر الإشراف الأكاديمي من الركائز المهمة والداعمة للعملية التربوية والتعليمية في مسيرة الطلاب الدراسية بالجامعات والذي يسهم بدرجة عالية في تحسين المستوي الاكاديمي للطالب. تم إجراء دراسة وصفية مقطعية هدفها تقيم تجربة الإشراف الأكاديمي بكلية العلوم الطبية التقنية جامعة الزعيم الأزهري العام 2021 وهي تجربة تعتبر رائدة ليتم الاستفادة منها في مسيرة الجامعات الاخري السودانية والإقليمية والعالمية في هذا المجال الهام. وقد أجريت هذه الدراسة وسط طلاب الفرق النهائية في تخصصات التمريض والتخدير والقبالة والبالغ عددهم (100) طالب وطالبة تم اختيارهم عن طريق العينة القصدية. تم جمع البيانات عن طريق الاستبانة وحللت عن طريق برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية وذلك باستخدام التكرارات والنسب ومربع كاي. وقد أظهرت الدراسة عدة نتائج أهمها إن (89%) من الطلاب يرون أن المشرف الأكاديمي له دور مهم في مسيرة الطالب الجامعية بينما (52%) أفادوا أن المشرف الأكاديمي غير متوفر حسب حوجة الطالب. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الطلاب يثمنون دور المشرف الأكاديمي في تحسن مستواهم الأكاديمي، وقد أوصت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات أهمها توفر المشرف الأكاديمي بصورة مرضية حيث يتمكن الطالب من اخذ النصائح في وقتها. Academic supervision is one of the important and supportive pillars of the educational process in the students’ academic journey in universities, which contributes to a high degree in improving the student’s academic level. A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the academic supervision experience at the Faculty of Medical Technical Sciences, Al-Zaiem Al-Azhari University in the year 2021 which is a pioneering experience to be used in the march of other Sudanese, regional and international universities in this important field. This study was conducted among the students of the final year in the specializations of nursing, anesthesia and midwifery, whose number was (100) male and female students, who were selected by means of an intentional sample (purposive). The data was collected by a questionnaire and analyzed by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) using frequencies, ratios and chi-square. The study showed several results, the most important of which is that (89%) of the students believe that the academic supervisor has an important role in the student's university career, while (52%) They reported that the academic supervisor is not available according to the student's need. The study concluded that the students appreciate the role of the academic supervisor in improving their academic level, and the study recommended some recommendations, the most important of which is the availability of the academic supervisor in a satisfactory manner so that the student can take advice in a timely manner.
