يهدف البحث إلى وضع برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية المهارات التدريسية لدى معلمي المواد الاجتماعية في المرحلة الإعدادية، وتتمثل عينة البحث في عينة عشوائية من معلمي المواد الاجتماعية من خمس مدارس في المرحلة الإعدادية بمحافظة ذمار. بلغ عددهم (21) معلما من مختلف سنوات الخبرة، واقتصرت على معلمي المواد الاجتماعية الحاصلين على البكالوريوس في التربية. وتمثلت أداة البحث في إعداد بطاقة ملاحظة، لملاحظة أداءات معلمي المواد الاجتماعية داخل الفصل وخارجه، ويقصد بخارج الفصل إعداد خطة الدرس وإعداد التجهيزات للحصة وغير ذلك من الأداءات التي يقوم بها المعلم فبل حضوره الفصل. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات أفراد العينة قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح التطبيق البعدي، حيث بلغت قيمة (ت) المحسوبة بالنسبة إلى مهارات تخطيط الدرس (5.42)، بينما بلغت (2.80) بالنسبة إلى مهارات التمهيد للدرس، وبلغت (11.59) بالنسبة إلى مهارة عرض الدرس. The research aims to develop a proposed training program to develop the teaching skills of social subjects' teachers in the primary stage. The research sample is a random sample of social subjects' teachers from five schools in the primary stage, Dhamar Governorate. The sample was (21) teachers from different years of experience. It was limited to social subjects' teachers who hold a bachelor in education. The research tool consisted in preparing an observation card to observe the performances of social subjects' teachers inside and outside the classroom. Outside the classroom, it is intended to prepare the lesson plan, prepare the equipment for the class, and other performances that the teacher performs before attending the class. It was found that there are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the sample individuals before and after applying the program in favor of the post application. The calculated (T) value for lesson planning skills was (5.42), while it was (2.80) for lesson preparation skills, and it was (11.59) for lesson presentation skill. (Published abstract)
