هدفت الى معرفة العلاقة بين الصلابة النفسية والرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة بمدينة مكة المكرمة، وما درجة كل من الصلابة النفسية، والرضا الوظيفي لدهم، وهل يوجد فروق دالة احصائيا ترجع لمتغيرات الدراسة (المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة). واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكان مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي التربية الخاصة بمدينة مكة، وتم أخذ العينة من ادارات التعليم الخمسة بمدينة مكة وعددهم (96) معلم، وتم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات عن الصلابة النفسية، والرضا الوظيفي. ومن اهم نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لمعلمي التربية الخاصة بمدارس مدينة مكة المكرمة، قد جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، يوجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة بين مستوى الصلابة النفسية والرضا الوظيفي، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين استجابات افراد العينة نحو استجاباتهم لمحاور الدراسة ترجع لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي)، عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في درجة متوسطات افراد العينة من معلمي ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في محور الصلابة النفسية تعزو لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. ومن أهم التوصيات توعية المعنيين بالعملية التعليمية بمجال معلمي طلاب التربية الخاصة بأهمية الرضا الوظيفي والصلابة النفسية لتحقيق الاهداف المنشودة، واعداد برامج تدريبية وإرشادية لرفع مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة وتأثيرها في الحد من الضغوط النفسية التي يتعرض لها هؤلاء المعلمين. The aim was to find out the relationship between psychological hardness and job satisfaction among special education teachers in Makkah AlMukarramah, and what are their related jobs in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, and their job satisfaction, and are there significant differences in the translator (educational qualification, quality of experience). The research used the descriptive analytical method, and the study population consisted of special education teachers, a quarter and a year. Among the results of the study, the level of job satisfaction for special education teachers in the schools of the city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah may rise by a high percentage, a high percentage, a high percentage, a high percentage, a high percentage, and differences were found.
