هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على معوقات إكساب الأطفال لمهارات التفكير العليا من وجهة نظر ميسري التفكير الفلسفي بمؤسسة بصيرة وسبل التغلب عليها، واستخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهج للدراسة، واعتمدت على الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (70) فرد من ميسري التفكير الفلسفي بمؤسسة بصيرة، وتوصلت الدراسة للعديد من النتائج أهمها: أن معوقات إكساب الأطفال لمهارات التفكير العليا والتي تمثلت في مهارات التفكير الناقد والتأملي والإبداعي من وجهة نظر ميسري التفكير الفلسفي بمؤسسة بصيرة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة ، بينما جاء محور سبل التغلب على معوقات إكساب الأطفال لمهارات التفكير العليا من وجهة نظر ميسري التفكير الفلسفي بمؤسسة بصيرة بدرجة استجابة مرتفعة جدا من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) حول الدرجة الكلية للاستبانة وفقا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح الحاصلين على مؤهل ماجستير، بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) حول محاور الاستبانة ودرجتها الكلية وفقا لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة، وأوصت الباحثتان بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها: تعزيز وتدعيم ممارسات تنمية مهارات التفكير العليا وذلك من خلال توفير الدورات والمساقات والندوات التدريبية وتوفير صور الدعم للمدربين وأيضا تهيئة البيئات المحفزة للتعلم، وضرورة التعاون مع كليات التربية مما يسهم في تجويد الممارسة وتأهيل المتدربين بشكل أفضل. The study aimed to identify the obstacles to equipping children with higher-order thinking skills from the point of view of philosophical thinking facilitators at Baseera Foundation, and the ways to overcome those obstacles. The researcher relied on the descriptive design as the study approach and the used the questionnaire as the study instrument. The study sample consisted of (70) philosophical thinking facilitators at Baseera Foundation. The study reached several findings, the most important were: the obstacles to equipping children with higher-order thinking skills, represented in (critical thinking skills, reflective thinking skills, and creative thinking skills), from the point of view of philosophical thinking facilitators at Baseera Foundation had a medium response, while the axis of "ways to overcome the obstacles to equipping children with higher-order thinking skills from the point of view of philosophical thinking facilitators at Baseera Foundation from the point of view of the respondents; There are statistically significant differences at significance level (0.05) regarding the total response to the questionnaire according to the educational qualification variable, in favor of those with a master's degree; There are no statistically significant differences at significance level (0.05) regarding the questionnaire axes and the total response according to the years-of-experience variable. The researcher recommended the following: enhancing and supporting the practices of developing higher-order thinking skills through providing training courses, pathways and seminars, providing support for trainers, creating stimulating environments for learning, and the need to cooperate with colleges of education, which contributes to improving practice and better qualifying trainees.
