هدف البحث إلى تقييم مدى توافر الكفايات المهنية لدى معلمي الصف وأثرها في معالجة الفروق الفردية لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظر معلمي الصف في لواء القويسمة التابع للعاصمة عمان في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت استبانة مكونة من (44) فقرة، مما يضمن صدقها وثباتها، وشملت العينة (182) معلما ومعلمة من منطقة القويسمة. أشارت النتائج إلى أن معلمي الفصول الدراسية في منطقة القويسمة يمتلكون كفايات مهنية بمستوى متوسط. علاوة على ذلك، كشفت الدراسة عن وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≥ 0.05) بين الكفاية المهنية لمعلمي الصف ومراعاة الفروق الفردية. وبناء على هذه النتائج، توصي الدراسة بتنفيذ برامج تدريبية مكثفة لتعزيز الكفايات المهنية لمعلمي الصفوف في منطقة القويسمة. The purpose of the study was to evaluate how classroom instructors in the Qweismeh district, affiliated with the capital, Amman, in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan considered the availability of professional competencies and their effects on dealing with student individual differences. The study uses a descriptive analytical methodology and a 44-item questionnaire to ensure the validity and reliability of the data 182 classroom teachers from the Qweismeh District were included in the sample. The results showed that the Al-Quwaisimah District's classroom instructors had a modest degree of professional competence. Additionally, the study demonstrated a statistically significant correlation at the significance level of (α ≥ 0.05) between the professional competencies of classroom teachers and their awareness of individual variations. The study suggests implementing intensive training programs to improve the professional competencies of classroom teachers in the Qweismeh District based on these findings. (Published abstract)
