هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى قائدات المرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة الطائف، وتحديد مستوى تحسين الأداء الإداري، والكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين الإدارة الإلكترونية وتحسين الأداء الاداري. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. تكونت العينة من جميع قائدات مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة الطائف وعددهم (118) قائدة، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات وذلك لسهولة استخدامها عن طريق مواقع التواصل الكترونيا. توصلت النتائج إلى أن درجة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى قائدات المرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة الطائف من وجهة نظرهن تحققت بدرجة عالية جدا للبعد ككل، كما أثبتت نتائج الدراسة إلى إن مستوى الأداء الإداري لدى قائدات المرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة الطائف من وجهة نظرهن تحقق بدرجة عالية للبعد ككل، كما أثبتت الدراسة وجود علاقة إيجابية بين الإدارة الإلكترونية وتحسين الأداء الإداري لدى قائدات المرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة الطائف. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة البرامج التي تساهم في تسهيل تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية، والاستفادة من ذوي الخبرة في مجال استخدام الحاسب الالي في إقامة الدورات وورش العمل، الاستفادة من التجارب الناجحة في مجال تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية. This study aimed at identifying the degree of application of electronic management among primary school leaders in Taif city, determining the level of improving administrative performance among primary school leaders in Taif city, and revealing statistically significant differences between electronic management and disclosure of the correlation between electronic management and improving administrative performance of primary school leaders in Taif city. The study used the relational descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of all the leaders of primary schools in Taif city, who numbered (118) leaders. The study tool was represented in the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data for ease of use through electronic communication sites. The results of the study found that the degree of application of electronic management among elementary school leaders in Taif city, from their point of view, was achieved at a very high degree, with a score of (4.36) for the dimension. The results of the study also demonstrated that the level of administrative performance of primary school leaders in Taif city from their point of view was achieved with a degree. High score (4.12) for the overall dimension, there are statistically significant differences between electronic management and improving administrative performance among primary school leaders in Taif city that are attributable to the variables, and the study also demonstrated the existence of a relationship between electronic management and improving administrative performance among primary school leaders in Taif. The study also recommends the necessity of increasing the programs that contribute to facilitating the application of electronic management, making use of those with experience in the field of using computers in the establishment of courses and workshops, and benefiting from the successful experiences in the application of electronic management.
