The research aimed at identifying the role of Role of Elementary Schools Principals in Makkah Education in the Management of school Crisis from the Perspective of Teachers through its stages (before, during, and after the crisis), and to identify the requirements of the development of the role of principles in the management of school crisis from the perspective of teachers, and find out the differences of statistical significance between the mean responses of elementary school teachers in Makkah education about the role of their principle in the management of school crisis , its constraints and requirements of its development attributed to (qualification, major, years of experience). To achieve the aims of the research, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and has prepared a questionnaire consisting of (49) phrase divided into two axis: the first, about the role of principles in the management of school crisis in its dimensions (before, during and after the crisis). And ways to develop the role of principles in the management of school crisis in the (organizational, human, material) aspects. The study applied to a class random sample of (462) teachers. The research found that elementary school principals in Makkah performing their roles combined (as a whole) in the management of school crisis with (large) degree. The order of dimensions in terms of the degree of the principle's practice to his roles as follows (during - after the end of the crisis - before the crisis), and that the requirements of the development of the role of elementary schools’ principles in Makkah education in the management of school crisis came with a highly importance (very large). The order of aspects of the requirements in terms of importance, as follows: (human requirements- physical requirements- regulatory requirements), and there are statistically significant differences between the mean responses of elementary school teachers in Makkah education on the role of their principles in the management of school crisis and the requirements of its development attributed to (Academic qualification , major, years of experience in education), The study recommended the establishment of independent administrative unit for crisis management in each department of education, affiliated to the Ministry of Education in its decisions, and be directly responsible for the treatment of potential crises, as well as establishing crises management team of well-trained and specialized staff in the field of crisis management so that the team will be always ready to face and manage the crises.
