The study sought to identify the degree of application of total quality standards in the Tahrir Educational Complex. To achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was used. The study sample consisted of ninety-five coordinators and teachers from the compound located in the Bint Jbeil district - Lebanon, during February of the year 2019, where a questionnaire was prepared according to the subject of the study, and its validity and reliability were verified, after data processing through the SPSS program. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The average application of comprehensive quality standards in the Tahrir Complex from the viewpoint of the coordinators and teachers of the complex was average in general, and was high in the field of strategic planning, while it was low in the field of the relationship between the school and the local community, and there were no significant differences. Statistical significance in the degree of application of comprehensive quality standards in the complex from the point of view of the coordinators and teachers in it, according to the respondent’s category and gender. Based on the results, the study recommended: the need to start establishing total quality management in private and official educational institutions with the support of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, adopting comprehensive quality standards in school administration in order to improve its performance level, continuous training for coordinators and teachers, developing the relationship between educational institutions and society so that it becomes The partnership is effective, the need to work on establishing a system and policies for rewards, the need to review the current curricula, and plan them in light of the needs of the labor market and society.
