The relationship between the incentive system, job satisfaction, and organizational loyalty occupies a large part of the Human Resource Management science because of its significant impact on productivity and enhancing performance. Accordingly, the Lebanese institutions, especially the educational ones, are striving to modify the role of human resources despite the significant challenges in light of the difficult financial and health crises, due to their essential role in ameliorating the educational situation and refining the country. This study aimed to explain the concepts of motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational loyalty, based on some relevant sources and references, and to show the relationship between these concepts. The Descriptive Analytical Approach was used to derive the results. The society of the study was represented by employees at the Nabatieh Technical Institute, who were selected through a random-stratified sample; and they numbered 50 employees (managers, administrators, and professors). To this end, the following most important results were reached: 1) There is a statistically significant relationship between the application of material and moral incentives and job satisfaction. 2) There is a statistically significant relationship between the application of material and moral incentives and organizational loyalty. 3) There is a positive, statistically significant relationship between the functional work environment and both job satisfaction and organizational loyalty.
