This study aims to find out the relationship between the quality of family life and emotional regulation, as well as to know the differences in both the quality of family life and emotional regulation according to several variables (family income level - mother’s education level - father’s education level) among a sample of university students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during Returning to physical education during the Corona pandemic (n = 390). The researcher followed the descriptive, correlative, comparative approach. The family quality of life scale prepared by (Abdul-Wahhab and Chand, 2010), the Emotional Regulation Difficulties Scale prepared by (Bjureberg, et al. 2016) and rationing (Ebadi et al., 2019) was used. The results concluded that there is a weak negative correlation between the quality of family life and the difficulties of emotional regulation, and that there are statistically significant differences in the level of family quality of life due to the level of family income, and that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of emotional regulation due to the level of family income, and that there are no differences In the level of quality of family life according to (mother's education level - father's education level), and that there are no differences in the level of emotional regulation due to the level of education of the mother, and to the presence of differences in the level of emotional regulation due to the level of education of the father.
