The study aimed to reveal the impact of electronic applications on school management and administrators and the requirements for their development from the point of view of school principals. To achieve the objectives of the study, the study sample consisted of (60) male and female principals. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach through the application of the electronic questionnaire, where its validity and reliability were verified. The results found that the level of administrative resources and practices of school principals and the requirements for their development from the point of view of school principals came with a high degree. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the study sample of the impact of electronic applications on school administration and administrators and the requirements for their development from the point of view of school principals according to the variables gender, age group, years of experience, academic qualification, field of specialization, and geographical location. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the study sample of the impact of electronic applications on school management and administrators and the requirements for their development from the point of view of school principals according to the variable of training courses in the field of electronic management. The differences were in favor of school principals who received one or more training courses in the field of management. Moreover, the results indicated that there is an impact of human competencies and potentials in using electronic applications on the administrative resources and practices of school principals.
