هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات على إدارة المؤسسات الحكومية في الكويت في ظل جائحة كورونا، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (112) إداري. تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المتيسرة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي 2022-2021. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسطات الحسابية قد تراوحت ما بين (4.16-4.28)، حيث جاء بُعد أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المرتبة الأولى وبمتوسط حسابي (4.28)، بينما جاء بُعد إدارة المؤسسات داخل المؤسسات في المرتبة الثانية وبمتوسط حسابي (4.16). كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل التعليمي، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الحالة الوظيفية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. وفي ضوء ذلك توصي الباحثة بضرورة مراعاة إدارة المؤسسات الدور الهام لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، وذلك لما لها من أهمية ودور فعال في توضيح مصير المنظمة وبقاءها ونموها. The study aimed to identify the impact of information technology on the management of government institutions in Kuwait in light of the Corona pandemic, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive survey method. The study sample consisted of (112) administrators. They were selected by the available method in the second semester of the academic year 2021-2022. The results of the study showed that the arithmetic averages ranged between (4.28-4.16), where the dimension of the impact of information technology came in the first place with an arithmetic average (4.28), while the dimension of the management of institutions within the institutions came in the second place with an arithmetic average (4.16). The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the variable of sex, as it was found that there were no statistically significant differences due to the variable of educational qualification, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the variable of employment status, and no statistically significant differences due to the variable years of experience. In light of this, the researcher recommends that the management of institutions should take into account the important role of information and communication technology, because of its importance and an effective role in clarifying the fate, survival and growth of the organization.
