The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of using the Blackboard system at the University of Hafar Al-Batin from the point of view of graduate students, and to identify the statistically significant differences due to the variables of gender and specialization. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the study sample consisted of (56) graduate students in the College of Education at the University of Hafar Al-Batin. High, and there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of the degree of estimation of the research sample members towards the use of the Blackboard system according to gender. Except for paragraphs (6, 12, 17, 18), where the results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of the degree of estimation of the research sample members towards the use of the blackboard system according to gender, where the differences came in favor of males at paragraphs (6, 12, 17). And in favor of females, at paragraph (20) which states that "the blackboard system has become necessary for the teacher and the learner." The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of the degree of estimation of the members of the research sample towards the use of the Blackboard system, according to specialization, and based on the findings of the study, the researcher recommends holding electronic courses for students to familiarize them with the tasks they work or hidden from them in the system, and to provide support and periodic maintenance For the Blackboard program on a regular basis, not only during the request or during a technical holiday.
