This study aimed to identify the status of time management among secondary school principals in the Hebron governorate through teachers ’assessments of these schools of the reality of the time management of the principals. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the questionnaire to measure time management. The validity and reliability of the tool was confirmed by appropriate educational and statistical methods. The population of the study included all secondary school teachers in Hebron governorate, whose number reached (2844) teachers, while the study tool was applied on a stratified random sample of (404) teachers. The researchers used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program to answer the study questions and examine its hypotheses. The results revealed that teachers ’ratings of the reality of time management among school principals came to a high degree, with an average of (4.03). In addition, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05≥α) in teachers’ ratings for time management among secondary school principals in Hebron Governorate due to variables: educational qualification, years of experience. Considering the results, a set of recommendations and proposals were presented to enhance and develop the time management skill of secondary school principals in the Hebron Governorate in particular, and Palestine in general.
