هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستويات العجز المتعلم لدى طلبة السنة التأهيلية بجامعة أم القرى فرع القنفذة، والتعرف على الفروق في مستوى العجز المتعلم بناء على متغير النوع (ذكور وإناث) لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (140) طالبا وطالبة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2017-2018، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد قام الباحث بإعداد وبناء مقياس لمستوى للعجز المتعلم وفق نظرية نظرية سيلجمان (Saligman1967) بما يتناسب وأغراض الدراسة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى مستويات العجز المتعلم لدى طلبة السنة التأهيلية بجامعة أم القرى فرع القنفذة بشكل عام جاء بدرجة متوسطة وهي أقل أدنى درجات الفئة المتوسطة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أيضا عدم وجود فروق جوهرية في مستوى العجز لمتعلم بحسب متغير النوع (ذكور وإناث) لدى عينة الدراسة الحالية وقد علل الباحث هذه النتائج استنادا إلى متانة المنظومة التربوية ومؤسساتها الرسمية وغير الرسمية في المملكة وتمتع منسوبيها بأعلى درجات الكفاءة والإعداد. The study aimed to identify the levels of learning disability among students of the qualifying year at Umm Al-Qura University, Al-Qunfudhah Branch, and to identify the differences in the level of learned disability based on the gender variable (males and females) among the members of the study sample. The study sample consisted of (140) students who were selected in a random manner in the first semester of the academic year 2017-2018. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared and built a measure of the level of learner’s disability according to Seligman's theory (Saligman1967) commensurate with the purposes of the study. The results of the study showed the level of learning disability among students of the qualifying year at Umm Al-Qura University, Al-Qunfudhah Branch, in general is in a medium degree, which is the lowest of the middle class, and the results of the study showed that there are no fundamental differences in the level of disability for a learner according to the gender variable (males and females) in the current study sample. The researcher explained these results based on the strength of the educational system and its formal and informal institutions in the Kingdom and its employees have the highest levels of competence and preparation.
