سعت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الوسيط للدعم التنظيمي المدرك في العلاقة بين ممارسة سلوك القيادة الأصيلة لدى قادة المدارس الثانوية في محافظة جدة ومستوى وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى المعلمين. تكونت العينة من (437) معلما، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي بشقيه المسحي والارتباطي، واستخدمت ثلاثة أدوات لجمع البيانات، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة قادة المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة جدة لسلوك القيادة الأصيلة من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء بدرجة كبيرة، وأن مستوى سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى المعلمين جاء بدرجة كبيرة، كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة وذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين درجة ممارسة سلوك القيادة الأصلية لدى قادة المدارس الثانوية ومستوى سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى المعلمين، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الدعم التنظيمي المدرك يتوسط جزئيا العلاقة بين سلوك القيادة الأصيلة وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية. This study sought to identify the mediating role of perceived organizational support in the relationship between the practice of authentic leadership behavior among secondary school leaders in Jeddah Governorate and the level and behavior of organizational citizenship among teachers, and the study sample consisted of (437) teachers, who were chosen by the stratified random method. To achieve the study objectives, the study relied on the descriptive approach, with its two kinds: survey and correlative. In addition, three tools were used for data collection. The results of the study showed that the level of practice of authentic leadership behavior by high school leaders in Jeddah governorate from the teachers' point of view came to a large degree, and that the level of organizational citizenship behavior among teachers came to a large degree. The results revealed that there is a positive and statistically significant correlation at the level (0.01) between the degree of practicing the authentic leadership behavior among secondary school leaders and the level of organizational citizenship behavior among teachers. The results of the study indicated that the perceived organizational support partially mediates the relationship between authentic leadership behavior and organizational citizenship behavior.
