السبب الذي دعاني لإعداد هذا البحث وأن أذكر فيه: أهمية اللغة العربية وفضلها، وحكم تعلمها من قبل المسلمين الأفراد عامةً وطلبة العلم خاصة، ومدى ارتباط علوم اللغة العربية بدراسة علوم الشريعة، حيث إن اللغة العربية تعدّ من الأدوات الرئيسة في فهم نصوص وأحكام الشريعة، ولأن القرآن الكريم هو المصدر الأول الذي تفرعت منه العلوم الشرعية من تفسير وفقه وقراءات وأصول، وارتبطت به بدايات تأسيس علوم اللغة العربية من نحو وبلاغة وصرف، ولذا قد حرص علماء السلف على دراسة اللغة العربية باعتبارها اللغة الصحيحة الفصيحة التي تتضمن عقائد وأحكام القرآن الكريم، الأمر الذي جعل علم العربية جزءا من العلم الشرعي. ويأتي البحث على ضرورة بيان التكامل بين اللغة العربية والعلوم الشرعية وأهمية معرفة اللغة العربية وتعلمها، ومدى ارتباط ذلك بمعرفة العلوم الشرعية المختلفة، وسبب ضعف اللغة العربية عند المسلمين في العصر الحاضر وخاصةً عند طلبة العلم الشرعي، وتأثير هذا الضعف على فهم ومعرفة أحكام ومقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية، وتدبُّر كلام الباري -تعالى- في القرآن الكريم. The reason that prompted me to prepare this research and to mention in it: the importance of the Arabic language and its virtue, and the ruling on learning it by individual Muslims in general and science students in particular, and the extent to which Arabic language sciences are related to the study of Sharia sciences, as the Arabic language is one of the main tools in understanding the texts and provisions of Sharia, and because The Holy Qur’an is the first source from which the forensic sciences branched off from interpretation, jurisprudence, readings and assets, and the beginnings of the foundation of Arabic language sciences were associated with it in terms of grammar, rhetoric and morphology. Making the Arabic flag a part of the Islamic sciences. The research comes to the necessity of explaining the integration between the Arabic language and the legal sciences and the importance of knowing and learning the Arabic language, and the extent to which this is related to the knowledge of the various forensic sciences, and the reason for the weakness of the Arabic language among Muslims in the present era, especially among students of Islamic science, and the impact of this weakness on the understanding and knowledge of the provisions and purposes of Islamic law. And reflect on the words of God Almighty in the Noble Qur’an. (Published abstract)
