هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على نظام التعليم العام في اليابان وأوجه الاستفادة منه في المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك من خلال معرفة الأهداف العامة للتعليم العام في اليابان، واكتشاف العوامل التي أثرت في نظام التعليم في اليابان، ومعرفة مميزات التعليم في اليابان، وطرح أوجه الاستفادة من التجربة اليابانية في التعليم العام في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتم في هذا البحث استخدام المنهج المقارن، وتمثلت أداة جمع البيانات في مجموعة من الوثائق والدراسات التي تناولت نظام التعليم التجربة اليابانية، وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج منها: أن من أبرز أهداف التعليم العام في اليابان هو إعداد النشء بطريقة تشعره بالسعادة بالعملية التعليمية، والاهتمام بالتربية الخلقية والوجدانية، واحترام الآخرين، والتعاون بين المدرسة والبيت والمجتمع، ومساعدة الشباب على إعداد خططهم المهنية المستقبلية، والارتقاء بأساليب التعليم مدى الحياة، وكانت أبرز العوامل المؤثرة في نظام التعليم الياباني هي المساواة في فرص التعليم بين كافة الأفراد بما يتفق مع قدراتهم وإمكانياتهم، وعدم التمييز بينهم على أساس العرق أو الجنس أو الوضع الاجتماعي أو الاقتصادي، وجاءت أبرز مميزات نظام التعليم الياباني في الإدارة اليابانية في توجيه النظام التعليمي، والشخصية اليابانية والمعلم، والثقافة اليابانية، وأما أجه الاستفادة من التجربة اليابانية للتعليم العام في المملكة العربية السعودية هي تطوير نظام التعليم العام في المملكة العربية السعودية والاستفادة من نظام التعليم العام في اليابان في التكامل بين المركزية واللامركزية في إدارة النظام التعليمي، مما يعطي مرونة في الإدارة، والممارسة، والبرامج، والأنشطة، والتطبيقات، ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة: الاهتمام بالدراسات التي تدرس التجارب التعليمية للدول المتميزة، وإعادة النظر في أساليب التقويم بحيث تكون طيلة العام، واعتماد الاختبارات المتقدمة لطلبة المرحلة الثانوية بحيث تحدد الميول المهنية، وتقترح الدراسة إجراء العديد من الدراسات المستقبلية التي تهدف إلى الاستفادة من تجارب الدول المتميزة في النظام التعليمي. The aim of this research is to identify the public education system in Japan and the aspects of benefiting from it in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by knowing the general objectives of public education in Japan, discovering the factors that affected the education system in Japan, knowing the advantages of education in Japan, and proposing aspects of benefit from The Japanese experience in public education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this research, a comparative method was used. The data collection tool was a set of documents and studies that dealt with the education system, the Japanese experience The research reached several results, including: that one of the most important objectives of public education in Japan is to prepare young people in a way that makes them feel happy in the educational process, care for moral and emotional education, respect for others, cooperation between school, home and society, Helping young people prepare their future plans and improving lifelong education methods, and the most important factors affecting the Japanese education system were equality of educational opportunities among all individuals in accordance with their abilities and capabilities, and non-discrimination between them on the basis of race, gender, social or economic status, and the most prominent features of the Japanese education system in the Japanese administration came in directing the system educational, Japanese character, teacher, Japanese culture, As for the Aspects of benefit of the Japanese experience of public education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it is the development of the public education system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the benefit of the public education system in Japan, which is centralization and decentralization in the management of the educational system, Which gives flexibility in management, practice, programmes, activities, and applications, and among the most important recommendations of the study: paying attention to studies that study the educational experiences of distinguished countries, reconsidering evaluation methods so that they are throughout the year, and adopting advanced tests for secondary school students so that they determine professional tendencies, and suggest The study suggests conducting many future studies that aim to benefit from the experiences of distinguished countries in the educational system.
