هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المعوقات التنظيمية والتعليمية والبشرية التي تحد من تحقيق الاعتماد الأكاديمي بالكليات الأهلية بمنطقة القصيم من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية، والكشف عن دلالة الفروق بين متوسطات استجابات القيادات الأكاديمية حول معوقات الاعتماد الأكاديمي بالكليات الأهلية بمنطقة القصيم وفقاً لبعض المتغيرات. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (66) من القيادات الأكاديمية بالكليات الأهلية بمنطقة القصيم، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى اتفاق أفراد الدراسة من القيادات الأكاديمية بدرجة (متوسطة) حول المعوقات التنظيمية التي تحد من تحقيق الاعتماد الأكاديمي بالكليات الأهلية بمنطقة القصيم، واتفاق أفراد الدراسة من القيادات الأكاديمية بدرجة (قليلة) حول المعوقات التعليمية التي تحد من تحقيق الاعتماد الأكاديمي بالكليات الأهلية بمنطقة القصيم، واتفاق أفراد الدراسة من القيادات الأكاديمية بدرجة (متوسطة) حول المعوقات البشرية التي تحد من تحقيق الاعتماد الأكاديمي بالكليات الأهلية بمنطقة القصيم. وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات القيادات الأكاديمية حول معوقات الاعتماد الأكاديمي (التنظيمية، التعليمية، البشرية) بالكليات الأهلية بمنطقة القصيم، والتي تعزى للرتبة العلمية، أو للعمل الحالي، وكذلك لعدد سنوات الخبرة في الكلية. The aim of the study was to identify the organizational, educational and human obstacles that limit the achievement of the academic accreditation of the private colleges in Qassim region from the point of view of the academic leaders. The aim was to identify the differences between the average responses of faculty members on the obstacles of academic accreditation Due to some variables. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method and the questionnaire as a tool for gathering information from the study members. The research sample consist of (66) from the academic leaders of the private colleges in Qassim region. The study found the following main results: The study members of the academic leaders agree (medium) on the organizational obstacles that limit the achievement of academic accreditation in the private colleges in Qassim. The members of the academic leaders agree with (afew) on the educational obstacles that limit the achievement of academic accreditation in the private colleges in Qassim. The members of the study of academic leaders agree (intermediate) on the human obstacles that limit the achievement of academic accreditation in the private colleges in Qassim. There are no statistically significant differences between the average responses of faculty members on the obstacles of academic accreditation (academic, educational, and human) in the private colleges in Qassim area, which is attributed to the scientific soil, or the current work, as well as the number of years of experience in the college.
