هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة التخطيط الإستراتيجي في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة لقياس درجة ممارسة التخطيط الإستراتيجي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (316) عضو هيئة تدريس، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة التخطيط الإستراتيجي ككل جاءت بدرجة (كبيرة). وكشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة التخطيط الإستراتيجي تعزى لمتغيرات (نوع الكلية، وملكية الجامعة)؛ ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح (الذكور). وأوصت الدراسة بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات المتعلقة بممارسة التخطيط الإستراتيجي وربطه بمتغيرات أخرى كالصعوبات والحلول. The study aimed to identify the degree of strategic planning practice in Jordanian universities from the point of view of faculty members. The results of the study showed that the degree of strategic planning practice as a whole was (significant); The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of strategic planning practice. The strategy as a whole came to a (large) degree; The results revealed the absence of statistically significant differences in the degree of strategic planning practice due to the variables (type of college, university ownership), and the presence of statistically significant differences due to the gender variable and in favor of (males). The study recommended conducting more studies related to the practice of strategic planning and linking it to other variables such as difficulties and solutions. (Published abstract)
