هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسة المعلمين في سلطنة عمان أنشطة الكلام النوعيّة لتطوير مهارة المحادثة لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية من الناطقين بغيرها في المستوى المبتدئ وأثر متغيرات (النوع، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة) على ذلك، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة لقياس واقع ممارسة المعلمين في سلطنة عمان أنشطة الكلام النوعيّة لتطوير مهارة المحادثة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) معلماً ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود ممارسة لأنشطة الكلام النوعيّة من معلمي اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها في المستوى المبتدئ انحصرت بين مستوى ممارسة عالية جداً ومتوسطة؛ وكشفت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين معلمي اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها في مدى ممارسة أنشطة الكلام النوعيّة لتطوير مهارة المحادثة لدى المتعلمين من الناطقين بغير العربية في المستوى المبتدئ تعزى لمتغيّر النوع لصالح الإناث في محور تنفيذ درس المحادثة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة بين أفراد عيّنة الدراسة في مدى مُمارسة معلمي ومعلمات اللغة العربية للأنشطة النوعيّة لتطوير مهارة المحادثة وفقاً لمتغيّريّ المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام مؤسسات ومعاهد تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها باختيار المنهج المناسب الذي يحوي ضمن دروسه أنشطة نوعيّة تُعالج مهارات اللغة العربية المختلفة وتعمل على تنميتها وتطويرها. The study aimed to identify the reality of teachers’ practice in the Sultanate of Oman of qualitative speaking activities to develop conversation skills among non-native Arabic language learners at the beginner level and the effect of each of (gender, academic qualification, years of experience) on that. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The researcher prepared a questionnaire to measure the reality of qualitative speech activities in developing conversation skills. The study sample consisted of (30) male and female teachers, who were selected intentionally. The results of the study showed the existence of the practice of qualitative speech activities by Arabic language teachers for non-native speakers at the beginner level, which ranged between a very high and medium level of practice. The results revealed the existence of statistically significant differences between Arabic language teachers for non-native speakers to practice qualitative speech activities to develop the conversation skill among learners from native speakers. In non-Arabic at the beginner level according to the gender variable in favor of females in the axis of implementing the conversation lesson, and there were no statistically significant differences between the study sample members in the extent to which Arabic language teachers practiced qualitative activities to develop the conversation skill according to the variables of academic qualification and years of experience. The study recommended the need for institutions and institutes to teach Arabic to non-native speakers to pay attention to choosing the appropriate curriculum that includes within its lessons qualitative activities that address the various Arabic language skills and work to develop them.
