هدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق المناعة التنظيمية ومستوى تحقيق النضج المؤسسي في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمدينة بريدة في منطقة القصيم من وجهة نظر المعلمات، والكشف عن العلاقة بين المناعة التنظيمية والنضج المؤسسي، واعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، والاستبانة كأداة، وتكونت عينة البحث من (110) معلمات. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن تطبيق المناعة التنظيمية في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمدينة بريدة جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وكانت أبعاد المناعة التنظيمية على الترتيب (بُعد الحمض النووي التنظيمي، ثم بُعد التعلم التنظيمي، وأخيرًا بُعد الذاكرة التنظيمية). كما جاء مستوى تحقيق النضج المؤسسي في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمدينة بريدة بدرجة مرتفعة، وكانت أبعاد النضج المؤسسي على الترتيب (بُعد تحسين العمليات الإدارية، ثم بُعد تطوير بيئة العمل، وأخيرًا بُعد تقييم وتطوير الأداء). كما أوضحت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول درجة تطبيق المناعة التنظيمية في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية تعزى لمتغيري (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة)، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول مستوى تحقيق النضج المؤسسي في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية تعزى لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي)؛ بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول مستوى تحقيق النضج المؤسسي في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية وفقًا لمتغير (سنوات الخبرة) لصالح المعلمات ذوات الخبرة الأكثر من 10 سنوات. وتبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01) بين المناعة التنظيمية والنضج المؤسسي. The research aimed to identify the degree of application of organizational immunity and the level of achieving institutional maturity in government secondary schools in the city of Buraidah in the Qassim region from the point of view of female teachers, and to reveal the existence of a relationship between organizational immunity and institutional maturity. The research adopted the descriptive correlational approach and the questionnaire as its tool. The research sample consisted of (110) female teachers. The research results showed that the degree of implementation of organizational immunity in government secondary schools in Buraidah city was high, and the dimensions of organizational immunity were, in order (the organizational DNA, then the organizational learning, and finally the organizational memory). The level of achieving institutional maturity in government secondary schools in Buraidah city was also high, and the dimensions of institutional maturity were, in order (the administrative processes improvement, then the work environment development, and finally the performance evaluation and development).The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of implementation of organizational immunity in government secondary schools attributed to the variables (academic qualification, years of experience), and no statistically significant differences in the level of achieving institutional maturity in government secondary schools attributed to the variable (academic qualification), while statistically significant differences were found in the level of achieving institutional maturity in government secondary schools according to the variable (years of experience) in favor of female teachers with more than 10 years of experience. The study showed a statistically significant positive correlation at the significance level (0.01) between organizational immunity and institutional maturity. (Published abstract)
