هدفت الدّراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى التّفكير الأخلاقي واتجاهات الطلبة نحو الغش في الاختبارات، والكشف عن العلاقة بين التّفكير الأخلاقي والاتجاه نحو الغشّ في الاختبارات الجامعية لدى طلبة الجامعة. وتكونت عينة الدّراسة من (480) طالباً وطالبة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من مختلف التخصصات لمرحلة البكالوريوس في جامعة الطّفيلة التقنيّة، وتمّ تطوير مقياسين هما: مقياس التّفكير الأخلاقي، ومقياس الاتجاه نحو الغشّ، وتمّ التأكد من خصائصهما السيكومترية، وتمّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. وتوصلت الدّراسة إلى أن المتوسط العام لإجابات عينة الدراسة عن فقرات مقياس التّفكير الأخلاقي مجتمعه كان مرتفعاً، وأن المتوسط العام لإجابات عينة الدراسة عن فقرات مقياس الاتجاه نحو الغشّ مجتمعه كان متوسطاً، ووجود علاقة عكسية دالة إحصائياً بين التّفكير الأخلاقي والاتجاه نحو الغشّ، وأنه يمكن التنبؤ بالاتجاه نحو الغشّ من خلال التّفكير الأخلاقي؛ ووجود فروق على مقياس التّفكير الأخلاقي تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي لصالح الإناث، ووجود فروق على مقياس التّفكير الأخلاقي تعزى لمتغير الكلية لصالح الكليات العلمية؛ وعدم وجود فروق على مقياس التّفكير الأخلاقي تعزى للتفاعل بين النوع الاجتماعي للطالب وكليته، وجود فروق على مقياس الاتجاه نحو الغشّ تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي لصالح الذكور؛ ووجود فروق على مقياس الاتجاه نحو الغشّ تعزى لمتغير الكلية لصالح الكليات العلمية؛ ووجود فروق على مقياس الاتجاه نحو الغشّ تعزى للتفاعل بين النوع الاجتماعي للطالب وكليته لصالح الذكور من الكليات الإنسانية. وأوصت الدّراسة بإقامة الندوات التوعوية حول مخاطر الغشّ للحد من هذه الظاهرة. The study aimed to identify the level of ethical thinking, students' attitudes towards cheating in exams, and to reveal the relationship between ethical thinking and its relationship to the attitude towards cheating in university exams among university students. The study sample consisted of (480) male and female students who were randomly selected in a cluster manner and from different specializations for the undergraduate stage at Tafila Technical University. To achieve the objectives of the study, two scales were developed for this study: the ethical thinking scale and the attitude towards cheating scale. Their psychometric properties were verified, and the descriptive correlational approach was used. The study concluded that the general average of the study sample's answers to the paragraphs of the ethical thinking scale with its paragraphs combined was high, and that the general average of the study sample's answers to the paragraphs of the attitude towards cheating scale with its paragraphs combined was average, and there was a statistically significant inverse relationship between ethical thinking and the attitude towards cheating, and that the attitude towards cheating can be predicted through ethical thinking, and there were differences on the scale Moral thinking is attributed to the gender variable, in favor of females, and there are differences on the moral thinking scale attributed to the college variable, in favor of scientific colleges, The results also showed that there are no differences on the moral thinking scale attributed to the interaction between the student’s gender and his college, there are differences on the cheating attitude scale attributed to the gender variable, in favor of males, and there are differences on the cheating attitude scale attributed to the college variable, in favor of scientific colleges. The results show differences on the cheating attitude scale attributed to the interaction between the student’s gender and his college, in favor of males from humanities colleges. Based on the results of the study, the study recommended holding awareness seminars on the dangers of cheating to reduce this phenomenon. (Published abstract)
