هدف البحث إلى تنمية مهارات الطلاقة القرائية لدى تلاميذ الصف الثالث الابتدائي من خلال استراتيجية بنائية مقترحة، وقد أثبتت النتائج بعد تطبيق الاختبار ارتفاع متوسط درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية بعدي عن متوسط درجات المجموعة الضابطة بعدي مما أثبت فاعلية استخدام الاستراتيجية البنائية المقترحة لتنمية مهارات الطلاقة القرائية لدى تلاميذ الصف الثالث الابتدائي لدى أفراد المجموعة التجريبية. The aim of this research is to develop of reading fluency of the grade pupils through a suggested constructive strategy and the results after applying the test and the graded scale proved the following: The average grades of the experimental group students increased far from the average scores of the control group afterwards, which proved the effectiveness of using the program based on the negotiation approach, and the development of oral expression skills among the fifth primary students among the members of the experimental group. In the end the study was presented in the end contains a number of recommendations and proposal in light of the result reached. (Published abstract)
