هدفت الدراسة إلى تطوير ممارسات القيادة الموزعة لمدير المدرسة الابتدائية بالمملكة العربية السعودية بالإفادة من ممارسات القيادة الموزعة لمدير المدرسة الابتدائية بدولة فنلندا. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج المقارن حيث عقدت مقارنة بين ممارسات القيادة الموزعة بكلا من الدولتين وتم تحديد أوجه التشابه والاختلاف وتفسيرها في ضوء القوى والعوامل الثقافية المؤثرة وتم التركيز على العناصر التالية في المقارنة: نشأة القيادة الموزعة، أهدافها، خصائصها، مبادئها، إجراءاتها، أدوارها. توصلت الدراسة إلى تعدد نقاط التشابه والاختلاف بين كلا منهما حيث تشابهتا في بعض الأهداف والخصائص والمبادئ، واختلفا في النشأة والمفهوم والإجراءات والأدوار. تم تحديد أوجه الإفادة من ممارسات القيادة الموزعة لمدير المدرسة بفنلندا لتطوير ممارسات القيادة الموزعة لمدير المدرسة بالمملكة العربية السعودية والتي اتخذت صورة إجراءات توصي الدراسة بتنفيذها في الجوانب الثقافية، البشرية، الذاتية، المالية والإدارية والقانونية، الفنية. The study aimed to develop the distributed leadership practices of the primary school principal in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by benefiting from the distributed leadership practices of the primary school principal in Finland; where a comparison was made between the practices of distributed leadership in both countries, and the similarities and differences were identified and explained in light of the influential cultural forces and factors. The comparison focused on the following elements: the emergence of distributed leadership, its objectives, characteristics, principles, procedures, and roles. The study used the comparative approach, and the study found a multiplicity of points of similarity and difference between both of them, as they were similar in some objectives, characteristics and principles, and differed in their genesis, concept, procedures and roles. The benefits of the distributed leadership practices of the school principal in Finland have been identified to develop the distributed leadership practices of the school principal in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which took the form of measures the study recommends implementing in the cultural, human, subjective, financial, administrative, legal and technical aspects.
