هدف البحث إلى تحديد درجة توافر متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية (الإدارية، البشرية، المادية، المالية والأمنية) في الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمحافظة الطائف من وجهة نظر موظفاتها، والكشف عن الاختلاف بين وجهات نظر موظفاتها يعزى لسنوات الخبرة. استخدم المنهج الوصفي بشقيه المسحي والمقارن من خلال تطبيق استبانة على عينة قدرها (147) موظفة من موظفات الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمحافظة الطائف تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة بنسبة 50% من مجتمع البحث البالغ (294) موظفة في إدارة التعليم. توصل البحث إلى أن درجة توافر متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمحافظة الطائف بدرجة قليلة من وجهة نظر موظفاتها. The aim of the research is to determine the degree of availability of the requirements for the application of electronic management (administrative, human, material, financial and security) in the General Administration of Education in Taif Governorate from the point of view of its employees, and to reveal the difference between the views of its employees due to years of experience. The descriptive approach was used in its two parts, the survey and the comparative by applying a questionnaire to a sample of (147) female employees of the General Administration of Education in Taif Governorate, who were selected in a simple random way by 50% of the research community of (294) female employees in the Education Department. Availability of the requirements for applying electronic administration in the General Administration of Education in Taif Governorate to a small degree from the point of view of its employees.
