هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف أهم صور المستحدثات التكنولوجية المستخدمة بكلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت لتفعيل نظام التعليم عن بعد، وتعرف درجة استخدامها في ذلك من وجهة نظر الطلبة. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمناسبته للدراسة وتحقيق أهدافها، وقد تم استخدام إحدى أدوات هذا المنهج وكانت عبارة عن (استبانة) تم إعدادها بصورة خاصة للدراسة، وتكونت من محورين الأول: المستحدثات التكنولوجية المستخدمة بالكلية، والثاني درجة توظيف تلك المستحدثات في تفعيل نظام التعليم عن بعد، وذلك لأجل لتجميع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة عن طريق العينة التي تكونت من (248) طالبا وطالبة من تخصص تكنولوجيا التعليم بالكلية. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن أن أفراد العينة قد أشاروا بأن هناك مجموعة من المستحدثات التكنولوجية المستخدمة في كلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت، متوفرة بدرجة متوسطة، وأنهم يستخدمونها في تفعيل نظام التعليم عن بعد بدرجة كبيرة. كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فرق ذات دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات العينة حول درجة توفر المستحدثات التكنولوجية بالكلية، وكذلك حول مستوى توظيفها في التعليم عن بعد تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكر- أنثى). The study aimed to identify the most important forms of technological innovations used in the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait to activate the distance education system, and to know the degree of their use in this from the students' point of view. The descriptive analytical approach was used for its relevance to the study and achieving its objectives. One of the tools of this approach was used, which was a (questionnaire) specially prepared for the study. It consisted of two axes, the first: the technological innovations used in the college, and the second the degree of employment of those innovations in activating the distance education system, in order to collect data from the study community through the sample that consisted of (248) male and female students from the education technology major in the college. The results of the study revealed that the sample members indicated that there are a group of technological innovations used in the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait, available to a moderate degree, and that they use them to activate the distance education system to a large extent. The results also revealed the absence of a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the sample about the degree of availability of technological innovations in the college, as well as about the level of their employment in distance education according to the gender variable.
