هدف البحث إلى التعرف على برامج الشراكة التعليمية في مدارس التعليم العام في المملكة العربية السعودية، ووضع تصور مقترح لبرامج الشراكة التعليمية في ضوء خبرات بعض الدول المتقدمة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتم التوصل إلى تصور مقترح لبرامج الشراكة التعليمية في مدارس التعليم العام يهدف إلى إيجاد أكثر من مصدر لتمول التعليم العام وتوفير التمويل اللازم للإنفاق على التعليم العام وإشراك الحكومة والأفراد والهيئات والمنظمات في دعم تمويل التعليم، وتعزيز المسؤولية المشتركة بين المدرسة والمجتمع، وتبادل الخبرات واستثمار مهارات أطراف الشراكة وإمكاناتهم وزيادة فاعلية البرامج التي تقدمها المدرسة، والاعتزاز بالإنجازات والنجاحات بين المدرسة والمجتمع، ويتضمن عدداً من المراحل والعمليات التي تساعد في دعم فاعلية الشراكة التعليمية بين مؤسسات التعليم العام ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص والمجتمع المحلي.
