استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على اتجاهات معلمي مدارس التعليم العام في دولة الكويت حول تطبيق الرخصة المهنية للمعلم، والكشف عن الفروق الإحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الرخصة المهنية للمعلم وفقاً لمتغيرات الدراسة، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (4298) معلماً ومعلمة، واشتملت أداة الدراسة على استبانة تضمنت (36) عبارة موزعة على ستة محاور. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج منها ما يلي: هناك اتجاه إيجابي لدى المعلمين نحو تطبيق نظام رخصة المعلم حيث يرون أنها ستساعد في تطوير مهاراتهم المهنية وتحسين جودة عملية التدريس، كما يعتقد البعض أن الرخصة ستؤدي إلى زيادة الحوافز والرواتب للمعلمين المؤهلين، وستعزز مكانة المعلم ودوره في المجتمع وفقاً لآراء واتجاهات المعلمين، حيث إن الرخصة ستضع أطر مؤسسية محددة مما ستقوم بجذب الأفراد الذين يبحثون عن مهنة محترفة ومنظمة. كما توصلت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول مدى شعور أفراد العينة بأهمية تطبيق الرخصة، وأهدافها، وأهميتها، ومواصفاتها، ومعوقاتها تعزي لمتغيرات النوع والمرحلة التعليمية. The study aimed to identify the attitudes of general education school teachers in the State of Kuwait regarding the ferences between the the study. The study followed the descriptive approach, the study sample consisted of (4298) Male and female teachers, the study tool included a questionnaire that included (36) statements distributed over six axes. The study reached many results, including the following: There is a positive trend among teachers towards implementing the teacher license system, as they believe that it will help develop their professional skills and improve the quality of the teaching process. Some also believe that the license will lead to increased incentives and salaries for qualified teachers, and will enhance the status of the teacher. And his role in society. According to the opinions and trends of teachers, the license will establish specific institutional frameworks, which will attract individuals who are looking for a professional and organized profession. The results also found that there were no statistically significant differences regarding the extent to which the sample members felt the importance of applying the license, its objectives, importance, specifications, and obstacles due to the variables of gender and educational stage.
