هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع دور الإدارة المدرسية في توعية طلبة المرحلة الثانوية بثقافة الجامعة بمحافظة الوادي الجديد، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأداته الاستبانة، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (896) فردا منها (615) طالب وطالبة، (251) معلم ومعلمة، (30) فردا من إدارة المدرسة (مدير ووكيل) وذلك من مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة الوادي الجديد، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها أن دور الإدارة المدرسية في توعية الطلبة بثقافة الجامعة محقق بدرجة ضعيفة بالنسبة للعينة ككل، وأوصت نتائج الدراسة بإتاحة برامج تدريبية تهتم بتدريب مديري مدارس المرحلة الثانوية على كيفية تحقيق دورهم في توعية الطلبة بثقافة الجامعة. The study aimed to identify the reality of the role of the school administration staff in raising general secondary education students ' awareness of the university culture inside the New Valley Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach with its questionnaire tool. The study sample included (869) individuals. (615) male and female students, (251) male and female teachers, (30) school administrators from some general secondary education schools in the New Valley Governorate. The study results: The study reached some results includes that, the role of the school administration staff in raising general secondary education students ' awareness of the university culture inside the New Valley Governorate achieved in a medium level. The study recommendations: providing training programs for the administrators of the general secondary school’s stage to fulfill their roles in raising students ' awareness of the university culture inside the New Valley Governorate.
