هدفت الدراسة إلى تحقيق الهندرة الإدارية في التعليم من خلال الاستفادة من تجارب بعض الدول المتقدمة مثل الولايات المتحدة الامريكية، والصين وألمانيا، وذلك من خلال التعرف على الاسس النظرية لمدخل الهندرة الإدارية، والتعرف أيضا على تجارب بعض الدول المتقدمة في تطبيق الهندرة الإدارية في التعليم واوجه الاستفادة منها في تحقيق الهندرة الإدارية في التعليم المصري، وأيضا التعرف على واقع العمليات الإدارية في التعليم ما قبل الجامعي، ومدى حاجتها إلى الهندرة الإدارية من خلال دراسة وتحليل نتائج الدراسات والادبيات السابقة المرتبطة بالواقع، ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج المقارن، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: 1) الهندرة الإدارية مدخل إداري حديث يعمل على التغيير الجذري للعمليات الإدارية بهدف تقليل التكلفة، وتحقيق السرعة في أداء الاعمال، وزيادة رضا المستفيدين، وتوصي الدراسة بالاتي: 1) تهيئة المناخ المدرسي الذي يشجع على التطوير والتجديد والابداع وتقبل الاساليب الحديثة مثل الهندرة الإدارية، 2) اعطاء المدارس الاستقلالية الإدارية في تطوير آدائها بما يتناسب مع احتياجاتها الفعلية، 3) ضرورة مشاركة المجتمع وأولياء الامور والطالب في عملية الهندرة الإدارية مما يساهم في تحقيق الدعم المعنوي والمادي الذي تتطلبه الهندرة الإدارية. The study aimed to achieve administrative re-engineering in education by benefiting from the experiences of some developed countries such as the United States of America, China and Germany, by getting acquainted with the theoretical foundations of the entrance to administrative re-engineering, and also getting acquainted with the experiences of some developed countries in the application of administrative re-engineering in education and the ways of benefiting. Including achieving administrative re-engineering in Egyptian education, as well as identifying the reality of administrative processes in pre-university education, and the extent of their need for administrative re- engineering through studying and analyzing the results of previous studies and literature related to reality, and to achieve this, the study relied on the descriptive and comparative approach, and the study reached several The results of the most important of them are: Administrative re-engineering is a modern administrative approach that works on the radical change of administrative processes with the aim of reducing costs, achieving speed in business performance, and increasing beneficiaries' satisfaction, and the study recommends the following: 1) Creating a school climate that encourages development, innovation, creativity and acceptance of modern methods such as administrative re- engineering, 2) giving Administrative independent schools in developing their performance in proportion to their actual needs, is not a necessity. 3) Leaving the community, parents and students in the administrative engineering process, which contributes to achieving the moral and material support required by administrative reengineering.
