The research aimed to identify the reality of administrative performance of new valley university in the light of the European foundation for quality management model standards. and the researcher used the descriptive approach and a questionnaire. The sample included (101): ((40) Academic Leaders and (61) Administrative Leaders) in New Valley University. the study reached a number of results, including the following: 1) The reality of the administrative performance of the academic and administrative leaders at New Valley University in light of the criteria of the European Foundation for Excellence Management (EFQM) model is moderately achieved. 2) Academic and administrative leaders focus on achieving coherence, consistency and integration between all the university's elements and its own components, and investing its capabilities. 3) Building effective partnerships between the university and various community institutions, and developing them, in line with the different needs of the community. 4) Preparing a guide for applying the European Foundation for Excellence in universities, in line with the strategic objectives of the university, and international standards to be able to compete globally. 5) There are challenges that face by some academic and administrative leaders in the application of standards (client results, community results, results of performance indicators). Based on the results, the researcher developed a proposed vision for the development of administrative performance at New Valley University: 1) Supporting academic and administrative leaders to implement the European Foundation for Excellence Management model. 2) Adopting a clear vision that supports the values and beliefs associated with the excellence of the faculties of New Valley University, identifying development priorities in pursuit of excellence, and adhering to fixed behavioral patterns and actions and practices that reinforce them. 3) Supporting all employees for the efforts made to improve and develop the level of administrative performance.
