هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توافر الكفايات التقنية اللازمة لتوظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم لدى معلمي ومعلمات الحاسب الآلي بمدينة مكة المكرمة. تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لها، وطبقت على مجتمع الدراسة كاملا حيث أستجاب (205) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي الحاسب الآلي بمدينة مكة المكرمة. توصلت النتائج إلى أن موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة على درجة توافر الكفايات التقنية اللازمة للمعلمين لتوظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم لدى معلمي ومعلمات الحاسب الآلي بمدينة مكة المكرمة كانت بدرجة منخفضة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.44)، حيث جاءت في المرتبة الأولى الكفايات المعرفية التقنية بمتوسط حسابي (2.77) بدرجة توافر متوسطة، يليها المجال الثاني: الكفايات الأدائية التقنية بمتوسط (2.37) بدرجة توافر منخفضة، وفي المرتبة الثالثة والأخيرة جاء المجال الثالث: الكفايات الإنتاجية التقنية بمتوسط (1.94) بدرجة توافر منخفضة. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة نشر الوعي بأهمية امتلاك المعلمين للكفايات التقنية اللازمة لتوظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي لمواكبة متطلبات العصر، وإنشاء وحدات نوعية في وزارة التعليم تتبنى تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي لتصمم برمجيات تعليمية معتمدة على هذه التكنولوجيا للإفادة منها في الميدان التعليمي، والعمل على تقليل الأعباء التعليمية وإتاحة الوقت الكافي في الحصص الدراسية للمعلمين بما يعزز من فرص دمجهم لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي. The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of the necessary technical competencies to employ artificial intelligence in education among computer teachers in the city of Makkah. In order to achieve the objectives, the study followed the descriptive survey method, and the study used the questionnaire as its tool, and it was applied to the entire study population, where (205) computer teachers in Makkah Al-Mukarramah responded. The results of the study concluded that the approval of the study sample members on the degree of availability of technical competencies necessary for teachers to employ artificial intelligence in education among computer teachers in the city of Makkah was at a low degree with an arithmetic average of (2.44), where the technical knowledge competencies came in the first place with an arithmetic average (2.77) with a medium degree of availability, followed by the second field: technical performance competencies with an average (2.37) with a low degree of availability, and in the third and last place came the third field: technical productivity competencies with an average (1.94) with a low degree of availability. The study recommended the need to spread awareness of the importance of teachers having the technical competencies necessary to employ artificial intelligence to keep pace with the requirements of the times, and to establish qualitative units in the Ministry of Education that adopt artificial intelligence technology to design educational software based on this technology to benefit from it in the educational field, and work to reduce educational burdens and allow sufficient time in Lessons for teachers to enhance their chances of integrating artificial intelligence techniques.
