هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توفر مجموعة من الخصائص الريادية لدى طلبة جامعة أم القرى، والتعرف على الآليات التي تسهم في تحقيق الخصائص الريادية لديهم، مع الكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات مجتمع الدراسة من وجهة نظر عينة منهم، وذلك من أجل تحديد الخصائص الريادية وفقا لمتغير (النوع الاجتماعي، والكلية، والمستوى الدراسي، والمعدل التراكمي)، والكشف أيضا عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة من أجل تحديد الآليات التي تسهم في تحقيق الخصائص الريادية وفقا للمتغيرات السابق ذكرها. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي لهذه الدراسة. ولجمع البيانات تم تطبيق الاستبيان على عينة عشوائية طبقية متناسبة بلغ عددها (1500) من الطلبة. وقد أظهرت النتائج درجة توفر الخصائص الريادية لدى طلبة البكالوريوس بجامعة أم القرى جاءت بدرجة عالية، كما جاءت موافقة عينة الدراسة على درجة وجود الآليات التي تسهم في تحقيق الخصائص الريادية لديهم بدرجة عالية. The study aims to identify the degree to which students of Umm Al-Qura University have a set of entrepreneurial characteristics; to identify mechanisms that contribute to achieving their entrepreneurial characteristics; to reveal statistically significant differences among the averages of responses of the study sample from the viewpoint of a sample of them in order to determine the entrepreneurial characteristics according to (gender, college, academic level, and GPA) variables; and also to reveal statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample responses in order to determine the mechanisms that contribute to achieving the entrepreneurial characteristics according to the aforementioned variables . This study follows the descriptive survey approach. The data was collected using a questionnaire that was applied on a proportional stratified random sample of (1500) students. The results showed in general, the degree of availability of entrepreneurial characteristics among undergraduate students at Umm Al-Qura University is of a high degree, and the study sample agreed on the degree of presence of mechanisms that contribute to achieving their entrepreneurial characteristics to a high degree.
