هدف البحث إلى تعرف الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة لمعلمي اللغة العربية أثناء الخدمة في ضوء متطلبات عصر العلم والتكنولوجيا. ولغرض البحث تم إعداد استبانة لتحديد متطلبات عصر العلم والمعرفة، واستبانة لتعرف الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة لمعلمي اللغة العربية في المرحلة الإعدادية أثناء الخدمة. وجاءت نتائج البحث؛ بالنسبة لاستبانة متطلبات عصر العلم والتكنولوجيا اللازمة لمعلمي اللغة العربية بالمرحلة الإعدادية أثناء الخدمة فقد اشتملت في صورتها النهائية على خمسة مجالات هي، 1) مجال تنسيق المعرفة وتضمن سبع عبارات، 2) ومجال تنمية مهارات التفكير وتضمن إحدى عشر عبارة، 3) ومجال توفير بيئة صفية وتضمن أربع عبارات، 4) أما مجال توظيف تقنية المعلومات فقد شمل ثماني عبارات، 5) ومجال التقويم أربع عبارات. وأما بالنسبة لاستبانة الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة لمعلمي اللغة العربية بالمرحلة الإعدادية أثناء الخدمة فقد اشتملت في صورتها النهائية على خمسة مجالات هي: 1) مجال تنسيق المعرفة في وتضمن ثماني عبارات، 2)ومجال تنمية مهارات التفكير وتضمن خمس عبارات، 3) ومجال توفير بيئة صفية وتضمن سبع عبارات، 4) ومجال توظيف تقنية المعلومات وقد اشمل اثنتا عشر عبارة، 5) ومجال التقويم ثماني. The aim of the research is to identify the teaching competencies necessary for Arabic language teachers during service in light of the requirements of the age of science and technology. For the purpose of the research, a questionnaire was prepared to determine the requirements of the age of science and knowledge, and a questionnaire to identify the teaching competencies necessary for Arabic language teachers in the preparatory stage during service. The results of the search came; As for the identification of the requirements of the age of science and technology for Arabic language teachers in the preparatory stage during the service, it included in its final form five areas, namely, the field of knowledge coordination, which included seven phrases, the field of developing thinking skills and within eleven phrases, and the field of providing a classroom environment and included four phrases. The field of information technology employment included eight phrases, and the field of evaluation four phrases. As for the questionnaire of teaching competencies necessary for Arabic language teachers in the preparatory stage during the service, it included in its final form five areas: the field of knowledge coordination in which included eight phrases, the field of developing thinking skills which included five phrases, the field of providing a classroom environment that included seven phrases, and the field of technology employment The information included twelve phrases, and the evaluation field was eight phrases.
