استهدف هذا البحث تعرف أهم المتطلبات اللازمة لتنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال بجامعة الملك خالد من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية، والكشف عن واقع تحققها، والمعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيقها، والكشف عما إذا كانت توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة الملك خالد نحو واقع تحقق متطلبات تنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال ومعوقات تحقيقها بالجامعة حسب متغيرات: الدرجة العلمية، سنوات الخبرة في القيادة الأكاديمية، التخصص، مع تقديم تصور مقترح لتحقيق متطلبات تنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال بجامعة الملك خالد. وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي من خلال استبانة تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها (123) من القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة الملك خالد. وأظهرت نتائج البحث أهمية جميع متطلبات تنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال بدرجة تتراوح بين الكبيرة والكبيرة جدا، أما تحقيق جامعة الملك خالد لهذه المتطلبات فكان بدرجة ضعيفة، وأن المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق هذه المتطلبات كبيرة. وقدمت الدراسة تصورا مقترحا يسعى لتحسين دور جامعة الملك خالد في نشر وتنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال لدى طلابها، وزيادة قدرتها على مواجهة المعوقات التي تواجهها في توجيه الطلاب للمشروعات الريادية. The aim of this research is to: identify the most important requirements necessary to develop a culture of entrepreneurship at King Khalid University from academic leaders' perspectives, reveal the reality of achieving them and the obstacles that prevent that, and find out whether there are statistically significant differences between the responses of academic leaders at King Khalid University towards that according to the variables of: academic degree, years of experience in academic leadership, specialization, as well as proposing a vision to achieve those requirements. The research used the descriptive method through a questionnaire that was applied to a simple random sample of (123) academic leaders at King Khalid University. The results of the research showed the importance degree of all requirements for developing entrepreneurship culture ranged from large to very large, but the achievement degree was weak, and that the obstacles degree was large. The study proposed a vision to improve the role of King Khalid University in spreading and developing the culture of entrepreneurship among its students, and increasing its ability to face the obstacles it faces in guiding students for entrepreneurial projects.
