هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة القيادة الإستباقية وعلاقتها بإدارة مخاطر البيئة المدرسية لدى مديري مدارس الرمثا. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي الإرتباطي، وإختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة تكونت من (340) معلما ومعلمة. تم تطوير إستبانة تكونت من محورين الأول لقياس درجة القيادة الإستباقية تضمنت (32) فقرة، أما المحور الثاني فكان لقياس درجة ممارسة إدارة مخاطر البيئة المدرسية وتضمنت (29) فقرة، وذلك بعد أن تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الإستباقية من وجهة نظر المعلمين مرتفعة، وبينت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة إدارة مخاطر البيئة المدرسية من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت مرتفعة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إرتباطية إيجابية طردية بين مجالات القيادة الإستباقية ومجالات إدارة مخاطر البيئة المدرسية لدى مديري مدارس الرمثا. This study aimed to identify the degree of practicing proactive leadership and its relationship to school environment risk management among Ramtha school principals. To achieve the study objective, the descriptive correlational survey approach was used, and a simple random sample of (340) male and female teachers was selected. A questionnaire was developed consisting of two axes, the first to measure the degree of proactive leadership and included (32) paragraphs, while the second axis was to measure the degree of practicing school environment risk management and included (29) paragraphs, after verifying its validity and reliability. The study concluded that the degree of practicing proactive leadership from the teachers' point of view is high, and the results of the study showed that the degree of practicing school environment risk management from the teachers' point of view was high. The results of the study concluded that there is a positive and direct correlation between the areas of proactive leadership and the areas of school environment risk management among Ramtha school principals.
