هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة إستخدام مشرفي التربية الرياضية للأساليب الإشرافية في مستوى أداء الكفايات التدريسية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين. إستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي لمناسبته لإجراء هذه الدراسة، تكون مجتمع الدراسة (1512) معلما ومعلمة بينما بلغ عدد مشرفي التربية الرياضية (83) مشرفا ومشرفة، وتم إختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العمدية حيث تكونت من معلمي التربية الرياضية في إقليمي الوسط والشمال والبالغ عددهم (121) معلما ومعلمة، ومشرفي التربية الرياضية في الأردن والبالغ عددهم (51) مشرفا ومشرفة، وصمم الباحث استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات تكونت من (35) فقرة موزعة على (5) مجالات أشارت نتائج الدراسة بأن درجة إستخدام مشرفي التربية الرياضية للأساليب الإشرافية في مستوى أداء الكفايات التدريسية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين كانت بدرجة (مرتفعة)، وأيضا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05≥a) تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث في درجة إستخدام معلمي التربية الرياضية للأساليب الإشرافية في مستوى أداء الكفايات التدريسية في كافة المجالات باستثناء مجال البحث الاجرائي، وأيضا لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05>a) تعزى لمتغير الإقليم في درجة إستخدام معلمي التربية الرياضية للأساليب الإشرافية في مستوى أداء الكفايات التدريسية في كافة المجالات، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05>a) تعزى لمتغير الجنس في درجة إستخدام مشرفي التربية الرياضية للأساليب الإشرافية في مستوى أداء الكفايات التدريسية في كافة المجالات باستثناء مجال مجتمع التعلم، وكذلك لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05>a) تعزى لمتغير الإقليم ولصالح إقليم الشمال في درجة استخدام مشرفي التربية الرياضية للأساليب الإشرافية في مستوى أداء الكفايات التدريسية في كافة المجالات باستثناء مجال الزيارة الصفية. وأوصى الباحث بعقد دورات تدريبية المشرفي التربية الرياضية وتدريبهم على أسلوب البحوث الإجرائية. This study aimed to identify the degree to which physical education supervisors use supervisory methods in the level of performance of teaching competencies from the point of view of teachers and supervisors. The researcher used the descriptive survey method as it was appropriate for conducting this study. The study population consisted of (1512) male and female teachers, while the number of physical education supervisors was (83) male and female supervisors, the study sample was chosen intentionally, as it consisted of physical education teachers in the central and northern regions, who numbered (121) male and female teachers, and physical education supervisors in Jordan, who numbered (51) male and female supervisors. The researcher designed a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, which consisted of (35) distributed items. On (5) areas, the results of the study indicated that the degree of physical education supervisors’ use of supervisory methods in the level of performance of teaching competencies from the point of view of teachers and supervisors was (high), and there were also statistically significant differences (α≤0.05) attributed to the gender variable and in favor of females in the degree of physical education teachers’ use of methods. Supervisory level of performance of teaching competencies in all areas fields, with the exception of the field of procedural research. Also, there are no statistically significant differences (α≤0.05) attributable to the region variable in the degree of physical education teachers’ use of supervisory methods in the level of performance of teaching competencies in all fields, and there are no statistically significant differences (α≤0.05) attributable to the gender variable in the degree to which physical education supervisors use supervisory methods In the level of performance of teaching competencies in all fields except the field of learning community, and there are also no statistically significant differences (α≤0.05) attributed to the region variable and in favor of the Northern Region in the degree to which physical education supervisors use supervisory methods in the level of performance of teaching competencies in all fields except the field of visiting.
