هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف الى معيقات توظيف التعليم الإلكتروني التي تواجه معلمي التربية المهنية في مديريات التربية والتعليم في محافظة البلقاء من وجهة نظرهم، للعام الدراسي 2024/2023. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقام الباحث بتطوير استبانة مكونة من (28) فقرة، موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات المعيقات البشرية، المعيقات التقنية والفنية معيقات التطبيق، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (151) معلما ومعلمة، بواقع (66) معلماً، و(85) معلمة، اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج منها : أن تقديرات معيقات التعليم الإلكتروني التي تواجه معلمي التربية المهنية في مديريات التربية التعليم محافظة البلقاء جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة للأداة ككل وللمجالات، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في كلا من المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة التدريسية ولأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات وفي الدرجة الكلية باستثناء المعيقات التقنية والفنية، ومعوقات التطبيق وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث، وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت عدة توصيات، منها: توفير دورات تدريبية وورش عمل للمعلمين لتحسين مهاراتهم في إستخدام التكنولوجيا التعليمية (ملخص المؤلف)

This study aimed to identify the obstacles to employing e-learning that face vocational education teachers in the education directorates in Balqa Governorate from their point of view, for the academic year 2023/2024. To achieve the objectives of the study, the study adopted the descriptive survey method, and the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (28) items, Distributed into three areas: human obstacles, technical and technical obstacles, and application obstacles. The study sample consisted of (151) male and female teachers, (66) male and (85) female teachers, chosen by a simple random method. The study reached results, including: Estimates of the obstacles to e-learning facing vocational education teachers in the directorates of education in Balqa Governorate came at a high degree for the tool as a whole and for the fields. The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in both academic qualifications and years of teaching experience and the effect of gender in all fields and in the total score with the exception of the obstacles. The differences were in favor of females, and in light of the results, several recommendations were made, including: providing training courses and workshops for teachers to improve their skills in using educational technology.
