ألقت جائحة كوفيد-19 بتأثيراتها القوية على المؤسسات التعليمية، وأصبح التعلم يعتمد بشكل كامل على المنصات الرقمية التي ساعدت في الانتقال الفوري من التعليم الحضوري إلى التعليم عن بعد. ركزت هذه الدراسة على تجربة أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيما يتعلق بالمكتسبات التي تنطوي على استخدام المنصات الرقمية أثناء الجائحة. تم استخدام المنهج النوعي الظاهراتي. شملت العينة (10) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس. تم جمع البيانات عبر أداة المقابلة شبه المقننة. تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام طريقة التحليل الموضوعي. أظهرت النتائج وجود عدد من المكتسبات للتعليم عن بعد عبر المنصات الرقمية في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19، يمكن تنميتها مستقبلاً من خلال استمرار التعلم عبر تلك الأنظمة، وتطبيق الدمج بين النظام الإلكتروني والنظام التقليدي، وقد تم تمثيل هذه المكتسبات في (4) موضوعات رئيسة هي: بنية التعلم الإلكتروني، التفاعلات الاجتماعية، المخرجات، الاتجاهات نحو استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني، يندرج تحت كل موضوع رئيس مجموعة من الموضوعات الفرعية. The Covid-19 pandemic has taken its toll on educational institutions, and learning has become fully dependent on digital platforms that have helped in the immediate transition from face-to-face to distance education. This study focused on the experience of faculty members regarding the gains involved in using digital platforms during the pandemic. The qualitative phenomenological method was used. The sample included (10) faculty members. The data was collected through the semi-structured interview tool. The data were analyzed using the objective analysis method. The results showed that there are a number of gains for distance education through digital platforms in light of the Corona pandemic, which can be developed in the future through continued learning through those systems, and the application of the integration between the electronic system and the traditional system, and these gains were represented in (4) main themes: the structure of E-learning, social interactions, outputs, trends towards the use of e-learning, under each main topic a set of sub-themes.
