هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التحديات التي تواجه الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة السمعية من وجهة معلمي التربية الخاصة التي تتعلق بالمعلم والطلبة والمنهج والمدرسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٣٥) من معلمي التربية الخاصة بمنطقة الدمام، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات، وأظهرت النتائج أن هناك صعوبة في متابعة الطلبة بشكل فردي، وأن البيئة المدرسية لا تشجع على استخدام منصة التعليم الإلكتروني، وكانت مصادر التعلم غير متوافقة مع المنهج، وكان من أبرز التوصيات وضع آلية للتعامل مع التعليم الإلكتروني للطلبة بشكل فردي والعمل على تهيئة بيئة مدرسية تشجع على استخدام منظومة التعليم الالكتروني. The study aimed to identify the challenges facing students with hearing disabilities from the point of view of special education teachers that relate to the teacher, students, curriculum and school. The study sample consisted of (35) special education teachers in the Dammam region. The descriptive approach was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for gathering information. There is difficulty in following up on students individually, and that the school environment does not encourage the use of the e-learning platform, and the learning resources are not compatible with the curriculum. One of the most prominent recommendations was to establish a mechanism to deal with e-learning for students individually and to work on creating a school environment that encourages the use of the e-learning system.
