هدفت الدراسة إلى التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس الاحتراق النفسي لدى المعلمات بمدينة مكة المكرمة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (464) معلمة بمدينة مكة المكرمة للعام الدراسي 1442/1443ه تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية من المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة. واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس الاحتراق النفسي لكريستينا ماسلاش النسخة الأصلية المعربة بعد التحكيم، وتم تحديد الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس الاحتراق النفسي، باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: تمتع مقياس الاحتراق النفسي بدرجة عالية من الصدق دلت عليها المؤشرات الكمية التي تم الحصول عليها باستخدام دلالات الصدق، كما تمتع المقياس بدرجة عالية من الثبات دلت عليها معاملات الثبات التي تم حسابها باستخدام طرق الثبات، كما بينت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية للاحتراق النفسي طبقا للحالة الاجتماعية، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية للاحتراق النفسي طبقا لعدد سنوات الخبرة. وعلى ضوء نتائج الدراسة توصي الباحثة بالتوسع في استخدام مقياس الاحتراق النفسي المستخدم في الدراسة لقياس ظاهرة الاحتراق النفسي، والاستفادة من المقياس في البحوث والدراسات المستقبلية لما يتمتع به من دلالات صدق وثبات جيدين. The study aimed to verify the psychometric properties of the Psychological Burnout scale among female teachers in the city of Makkah. The study used the descriptive method. The study sample consisted of 464 female teachers in the city of Makkah, in the academic year 1442/1443 AH, who were randomly selected from the original study population. The study used Christina Maslash's Psychological Burnout Scale, the original Arabized version after arbitration. The psychometric properties of the Psychological burnout scale were determined using appropriate statistical methods. The study reached several results, including: The Psychological burnout scale was characterized by a high degree of validity, as indicated by the quantitative indicators that were obtained using validity indices. This scale was also characterized by a high degree of stability, as indicated by the stability coefficients that were calculated using the stability methods. The results of the study revealed that there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of psychological burnout according to marital status. Also, there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of psychological burnout according to the number of years of experience. In light of these results, the researcher recommends expanding the use of the psychological burnout scale used in the study to measure the psychological burnout phenomenon, and also to benefit from this scale in future research and studies because of its good reliability and validity indications.
