استهدف البحث قياس الإهمال الأسري وعلاقته بالإدمان على الإنترنيت لدى طلبة الجامعة. وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس الإهمال الأسري ومقياس الإدمان، وقد استخرجت الخصائص السيكومترية لأدوات البحث، وتم تطبيق المقياسين على عينة البحث المكونة من (308) طالب وطالبة من طلبة الجامعة للصفين الأول والرابع. وبعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا، توصل البحث إلى النتيجة الآتية: يعاني طلبة الجامعة من الإهمال الأسري ولدى عينة البحث إدمان على الإنترنيت، وأن هناك علاقة بين الإهمال الأسري والإدمان على الإنترنيت لدى طلبة الجامعة، وقد خرجت الباحثة بعدد من المقترحات والتوصيات. The research aims to measure family negligence and its relationship with internet addiction among university students. The researcher has developed a scale of (20) items to measure the negligence of family, which was applied to (308) male and female university students in the first and fourth stages. The research concluded that University students suffer from family negligence. The research sample has an addiction to the Internet. There is a relationship between family neglect and addiction to the Internet among university students. The researcher came out with a number of suggestions and recommendations. (Published abstract)
