هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تطبيق أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية للبنات بمدينة الرياض. وكذلك الوقوف على معوقات تطبيقها. وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وطبقت الدراسة على مديرات ووكيلات المدارس الحكومية للمرحلة الثانوية (بنات) بمدينة الرياض، وبلغ عددهم (260) استبانة. وتم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية عن طريق البرنامج الإحصائي(SPSS) . وقد اتضح أن المتوسط الحسابي العام لأبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة كان (3,66) وهو يشير إلى درجة (تطبيق كبيرة) على أداة الدراسة. وكان ترتيب الأبعاد كما يلي: بعد (تمكين العاملين لتحقيق رؤية مشتركة) يليه (ربط المنظمة بالبيئة الخارجية) تلا ذلك بعد (القيادة الاستراتيجية) ثم جاء بعد (تشجيع التعاون والتعلم الجماعي)، واحتل بعد (تشجيع الاستفهام والحوار) المرتبة الخامسة، أما بعد (إنشاء أنظمة لمشاركة المعرفة والتعلم) فجاء بالمرتبة السادسة وأخيرا (إيجاد فرص للتعلم المستمر). اتضح أن أهم معوقات تطبيق أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة في المدارس الثانوية هي:(نقص الدورات التدريبية المقدمة لمنسوبات المدرسة لتطوير قدراتهن على التعلم، روتينية برامج تقييم الأداء الروتينية، ندرة التعاون مع الجهات الداعمة الخارجية من أجل تطوير برامج تعليمية متطورة). The study aimed to identify the extent of applying the following dimensions of learning organization in the governmental secondary schools for the girls in Riyadh city, also standing on the most important barriers for applying the dimensions of learning organization in Riyadh city from the leaders and agents’ point of view. The Researcher used the descriptive method. The study was applied on the managers and agents of the secondary governmental schools (Girls) in Riyadh city. The number of responses was (260). It was used the statistical ways by the statistical analysis program (SPSS). It showed the general arithmetic mean was (3.66), and that signed to (applied largely) on the tool of study. The order of dimensions was as following: (enabling workers to achieve a common vision) (Linking the organization with the external environment) (The Strategic Leadership) (encouraging the cooperation and the collaborative learning) (encouraging the asking and discussions) (creating new methods to share the knowledge and learning), and finally the dimension (founding chances for the continuous learning). It became clear, the most important statements which received on the highest arithmetic mean in this axis (lack in the training courses which prefaces for the school employees, routinism in the evaluation program, Scarcity of cooperation with the supporting external directions to improve the developed learning program). The results showed; having statistical differences at (0.01) level of significance, among the means of the study responses toward the dimension (Linking the organization with the external environment) according to the variation in the job name, and the differences came with the managers.
