هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة علاقة البراعة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الأساسية في محافظة المفرق بجودة التعليم، والكشف عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة). إستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي عبر عينة عشوائية عدد أفرادها 145 من مديري ومديرات المدارس الأساسية في محافظة المفرق، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن إجابات أفراد العينة على الدرجة الكلية للإستبانة حول البراعة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الأساسية في محافظة المفرق وعلاقتها بجودة التعليم كانت متوسطة، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد العينة على الدرجة الكلية للإستبانة وفق متغيرات الجنس وسنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي. وتوصي الدراسة برفع جودة التعليم من خلال تدريب مديري المدارس الأساسية لتعزيز البراعة التنظيمية، وتشجيع تبادل الخبرات وورش العمل لتفعيل التعاون وتحقيق الابتكار، وتوفير بيئة عمل تحفّز الابتكار والتطوير، وتوظيف التكنولوجيا لتعزيز الرشاقة التنظيمية وتسهيل التواصل الفعّال، وتوفير تقويم مستمر لضمان التحسين المستمر، بالتوازي مع التعاون المؤسسي وتبني تقنيات حديثة. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational prowess among primary school principals in Al-Mafraq Governorate and the quality of education. Furthermore, the study aimed to identify statistically significant differences in the mean ratings of the study's participants attributed to variables such as gender, educational qualification, and years of experience. The researcher employed a descriptive-analytical methodology, utilizing a random sample consisting of 145 principals from primary schools in Al-Mafraq Governorate. The results indicated that participants' responses to the overall score of the organizational prowess questionnaire among primary school principals in Al-Mafraq Governorate and its correlation with the quality of education were moderate. There were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of participants' responses to the overall questionnaire score based on gender, years of experience, and educational qualification. The study recommended enhancing the quality of education by providing training for primary school principals. This training would bolster organizational prowess, promote the exchange of experiences, and facilitate workshops to foster collaboration and innovation. Furthermore, the study suggested leveraging technology to enhance organizational flexibility and facilitate effective communication. It emphasized creating a work environment that stimulates innovation and continuous development. The study also highlighted the importance of continuous assessment to ensure ongoing improvement, in parallel with institutional cooperation and the adoption of modern techniques. (Published abstract)
