هدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة درجة استخدام نظام إدارة التعلم Canvas لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والطلاب، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وطبق البحث الحالي على عينة من معلمي الصف الأول الثانوي مقررات بمدرسة مزهرة بجازان والبالغ عددهم (10) معلمين، وعينة من طلاب الصف الأول الثانوي مقررات بمدرسة مزهرة بجازان والبالغ عددهم (15) طالبا، واستخدم البحث أداة الاستبانة والتي تضمنت محورين لكل محور ايجابيات ومعوقات، ثم توصل البحث الحالي بعد الإجابة عن الأسئلة إلى النتائج التالية: المتوسط للاستبيان ككل من وجهة نظر المعلمين للمحور الأول (2،73) وللمحور الثاني (2،78) والمتوسط للاستبيان ككل من وجهة نظر الطلاب للمحور الأول (2،78) وللمحور الثاني (2،42). وفي ضوء ما أسفر عنه البحث من نتائج يوصي الباحث بما يلي: عمل دورات تدريبية للمعلمين عن كيفية استخدام نظام إدارة التعلم، وحث الجهات المسؤولة بوزارة التعليم بتوزيع منشورات دورية على المعلمين توضح مهام المعلم في استخدام نظام إدارة التعلم، والإسهام في توعية أولياء الأمور بأهمية التعليم الإلكتروني. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث وتوصياته يقترح الباحث إجراء بحوث مشابهة لنظم أخرى في أنظمة إدارة التعلم. This research aims to study the extent of the use of the learning management system Canvas by high school students from teachers and students' point of view. The researcher used the descriptive method and applied his study on a sample of ten high-school teachers of grade 1, credit system in Muzhera School, Jazan and fifteen of their students. The research used a questionnaire consisted of two sections and for each section there were advantages and disadvantages. After finding answers to the questions, the research concluded that the average usage from teachers' point of view in the first section is 2.73 and in the second section are 2.78 while the average usage from students' point of view in the first section is 2.78 and in the second section is 2.42. In the light of the findings, the researcher recommended the following: Organizing training courses for teachers in using Learning Management System. Encouraging the duty bearers in the ministry of education by distributing periodical publications that clarify the teachers' role in using the Learning Management System. Contributing in raising parents awareness of the importance of online learning. (Published abstract)
