هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى واقع مساهمة مديرات المدارس في تحسين مستوى توظيف المعلمات للتقنيات المساندة في تعليم الطالبات ذوات صعوبات التعلم. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج النوعي، واتخذت المقابلة شبه المنظمة-المفتوحة أداةً لها. واعتمدت الدراسة على مجموعتين من العينات؛ الأولى عينة مقصودة من مجتمع الدراسة تكونت من (20) مديرة للمرحلة الابتدائية، أما الثانية فهي مجموعة التركيز وتكونت من (11) مديرة من مراحل متعددة. وأظهرت النتائج ما يلي: جاء واقع مساهمات مديرات المدارس في تحسين مستوى توظيف المعلمات للتقنيات المساندة متفاوتًا، ما بين الضعيف والمتوسط والعالي؛ واختلفت طرق المساهمة بينهن، ومع تفاوت آراء المديرات حول تقبل معلمات ذوات صعوبات التعلم للتقنية المساندة، فإن هناك شبهَ اتفاقٍ على ضرورة وجود التقنيات المساندة في تسهيل العملية التعليمية لذوات صعوبات التعلم. The study aimed to identify the reality of the contribution of school principals in improving the level of female teachers' employment of Assistive Technology in teaching students with learning disabilities, The study followed the qualitative approach, and the tool was the semi-structured open-ended interview. The first is an intended sample from the study population, which consisted of (20) principals at the primary stage, while the second is the focus group, which consisted of (11) principals from multiple stages. There are different ways of contributing among them, and what is worth mentioning is the difference in the principals' opinions about the acceptance of learning disabilities teachers of Assistive Technology, but there is almost agreement on the necessity of Assistive Technology in facilitating the educational process for students with learning disabilities.
