هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور الجامعة الريادية في تعزيز ثقافة العمل الحر لدى الطالب الجامعي، مع وضع عدد من المقترحات لتعزيز تلك الأدوار، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وذلك لتناسبه مع طبيعة البحث وذلك لوصف الأدوار المختلفة للجامعات الريادية ودورها الحيوي في تعزيز ثقافة العمل الحر لدى الطالب الجامعي، والتعرف على ماهية ثقافة العمل الحر والعوامل المؤثرة في تشكيل تلك الثقافة وتوصل البحث إلى أنه لكي تؤدي الجامعة هذا الدور بحيوية لا بد من توفير بيئة تعليمية تشجع على الريادة والابتكار وتقديم الأدوات والمعرفة اللازمة للطلاب كي يصبحوا رواد أعمال ناجحين، وذلك من خلال إدماج مناهج ريادة الأعمال في البرامج الأكاديمية، وتشجيع الابتكار والابداع وحل المشكلات، وكذلك توفير الحاضنات والمسرعات، وإقامة عدد من الورش التدريبية والدورات العملية، وإقامة شراكات مع مجتمع الأعمال، ودعم المبادرات الطلابية والمسابقات الريادية، وتوفير منصات الإرشاد والتوجيه، وغرس ثقافة الاستقلالية وتحمل المخاطر. The research aims to identify the role of the pioneering university in promoting the culture of freelancing among university students, with a number of proposals to enhance these roles. The descriptive approach was used to suit the nature of the current research in order to describe the different roles of pioneering universities and their vital role in promoting the culture of freelancing among university students, and to identify the nature of the culture of freelancing and the factors influencing the formation of this culture. The research concluded that in order for the university to perform this role vitally, it is necessary to provide an educational environment that encourages leadership and innovation and provides the necessary tools and knowledge for students to become successful entrepreneurs, by integrating entrepreneurship curricula into academic programs, encouraging innovation and problem solving, as well as providing incubators and accelerators, holding a number of training workshops and practical courses, establishing partnerships with the business community, supporting student initiatives and entrepreneurial competitions, providing guidance and counseling platforms, and instilling a culture of independence and risk-taking.
