هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى التراخي التنظيمي لدى الموظفين العاملين بالمديريات العامة للتربية والتعليم بسلطنة عمان. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وبنيت استبانة تكونت من جزئيين، تناول الجزء الأول البيانات العامة لأفراد عينة الدراسة، وتناول الجزء الثاني مستوى التراخي التنظيمي وتكون من (15) فقرة، مقسمة إلى ثلاثة محاور، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (406) من الموظفين والموظفات في المديريات التعليمية، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى التراخي التنظيمي جاء بمستوى (منخفض)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة) في جميع المحاور. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، قدمت بعض التوصيات، منها: القيام بمراجعة شاملة للأعمال والمهام الفعلية لكل وظيفة ومطابقتها بالتوصيف الوظيفي لكل منها، وكذلك ضرورة وجود آلية لتخصيص شبكة البيانات المتوفرة في المديريات التعليمية لإنجاز العمل بحيث تكون خاصة لأجهزة مكاتب الموظفين، ومتابعتها من قبل دائرة تقنية المعلومات. The research aims to identify the level of organizational relaxation among the employees of educational directorates in the Sultanate of Oman. The descriptive approach was used, as well as a questionnaire of two parts to collect data. The questionnaire consists of (15) items divided into three themes about the relaxing level. It was applied on a sample of (406) male and female employees of the educational directorates who were randomly selected. The results of the study showed that the level of organizational relaxation was low. The study results also found that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) of the study sample in the level of organizational relaxation due to (gender, educational qualification, and years of experience) over all themes. The study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which is a comprehensive review of the work and the actual tasks of each job and matching them with the job description for each job. It also recommends having a clear mechanism to allocate the data network available in the educational directorates for each employee to complete the work and to be followed up by the information technology department.
