هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن العوامل المؤثرة في استخدام منصة مدرستي عبر شبكة الإنترنت وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات الشخصية لمعملي المرحلة المتوسطة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وللإجابة عن أسئلة البحث قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة تم تطبيقها على عينة تكونت من (60) من معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة تخصص رياضيات، علوم، لغة عربية، ودين. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود اختلافات في استخدام منصة مدرستي عبر شبكة الإنترنت بين معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة، ولا توجد علاقات مهمة وجدت بين متغيرات العوامل الاجتماعية والتنظيمية وعامل الدافعية الشخصية وبعض المتغيرات الشخصية (التخصص، ومستوى التجريب، وسنوات الخبرة). وكان من متغيرات العامل الاجتماعي التي كانت مؤثرة في استخدام منصة مدرستي، الرضا عن الوضع القائم، دعم الزملاء، المشاركة في قيم التخصص، الناصحون، وكان من متغيرات العامل التنظيمي: المصادر المادية، ثم التدريب المبكر والشامل، ثم التوافق مع المقررات ثم المكافآت المادية والأدبية، ومن متغيرات عامل الدافعية الشخصية: الاهتمام الشخصي بتطوير التدريس، الاهتمام الشخصي باستخدام التقنية في التعليم، الاهتمام الشخصي بتحسين تعلم الطلاب. وعموماً لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متغيرات العوامل المؤثرة في استخدام منصة مدرستي عبر شبكة الإنترنت بين معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة. The research aimed to reveal the factors affecting the use of Madrasati platform via Internet and its relationship to some personal variables for middle school teachers. Majoring in Mathematics, Science, Arabic Language, and Religion. The results showed that there were no differences in the use of Madrasati platform via Internet between middle school teachers, and no significant relationships were found between the variables of social and organizational factors, personal motivation factor and some personal variables (specialization- level of experimentation, years of experience). Among the social factor variables that were influential in using Madrasati platform, satisfaction with the status quo, support for colleagues, participation in specialization values, advisors, and among the organizational factor variables were: material resources, then early and comprehensive training, then compatibility with courses, then material and moral rewards among the variables of the personal motivation factor: personal interest in developing teaching, personal interest in using technology in education, personal interest in improving students' learning. In general, there are no statistically significant differences in the variables of factors affecting the use of Madrasati platform via Internet between middle school teachers. (Published abstract)
